Usually 55 minutes, but we have done up to 4 hours blocks in unusual circumstances.

Results vary, and a lot depends on the student's "want to", but we usually see a bump of 100 points after 10 sessions.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged.
